Week 6 Discussion (Rubric) During this course, we have covered the ideas of business architecture, strategic planning, managing cross-functional or remote teams, types of leadership, and how technology is an integral foundation on which modern business operates. In this final discussion, you have the opportunity to synthesize all of these topics and ideas into a single perspective. Based on your own current experience, how are you, or the company you work for, currently dealing with the sometimes dramatic and longer term changes that are occurring in our current national and global business environments? For your final paper, you have two options that allow you to incorporate and synthesize your knowledge and experience gained in the course. While elements and topics are listed below in each option, these are only starting points. Please elaborate, at your discretion, on the context and circumstances of how, where, and in which industry your company operates. Option 1 Identify a current company, organization, or corporation that has engaged in innovative and purposeful restructuring of its business architecture. Address the elements we have discussed in class (organizational structure and development, strategic planning, cross-functional teams, ethical considerations, information technology, and Industry 4.0) and write a 4-5 page APA-formatted paper discussing how successful the selected company has been in evolving to meet current regional and, if applicable, global business challenges. If you are currently employed, please research your company's efforts to evolve its business architecture based on the areas we addressed in class (organizational structure and development, strategic planning, cross-functional teams, ethical considerations, information technology and Industry 4.0). Please identify at least 2 elements from the list of topics we have covered and report the efforts your company has made to modernize, innovate, or respond to current regional and, if applicable, global business challenges. Week 1 Discussion (Rubric) After reviewing the course readings for this week, come up with your own definition of business architecture and provide a description supporting your definition. Do not use an outside source for the definition. Engage with other students about their definitions and descriptions, and discuss any differences you may see
