The individual work for this week is to apply effective communications techniques in simulated interactions with appropriate tone and grammar. Complete the following: First, imagine that you are a manager with a staff of supervisors who are preparing to take this course. Then, compose a 200-300 word memorandum to your staff in your word processor, highlighting what you feel are the three most important concepts you learned in this course. Be sure to indicate how you intend to apply these concepts within your work, and how you expect the supervisors to benefit from taking this course.
