Patty McCord served as the Chief Talent Officer for Netflix for 14 years and helped create Netflix Culture Deck.

Currently McCord coaches and adviser a small group of companies and entrepreneurs on culture and leadership. She also speaks to groups and teams around the world. Her book: Powerful: Building a Culture of Freedom and Responsibility was published in January of 2018.
