What are the legal issues in this case please?
I FINAL EXAM - MGMT 3301 SECTION 4 ($19) OMAR, is an employee of ALPHA CORP. On May 18th, he went to a Convenience Store located at the Airport to buy some lunch before a flight that was scheduled at 800 PM. While at the Store, he noticed that it was already 500 PM and that there is a high possibility that he would miss his flight and therefore would not be able to show up the business meeting in Tokyo. N While at the Store, OMAR took a banana from a display counter and took a bite out if it while waiting in line to pay the cashier. Afraid that he might miss his flight; OMAR quickly ate the banana and threw the remainder of the the bin. banana into a garbage bin in the store; the banana didn't go into the bin; it fell on the floor in close proximity to While performing the routing cleaning of the store, scheduled every 30 minutes; one of the store employees performed the regular sweeping of the store pushing the banana peal outside the store premises and into the Airport Terminal Area. At around 7 PM the same day, SARA, while walking in the Airport Terminal slipped on the banana that OMAR had thrown onto the floor and fell against a luggage cart that was left unattended. As she fell, she hit her face on an extremely sharp edge protruding from the luggage cart, severely injuring her eye. MOSTAFA, a former employee of ZUNG Airlines; a Japanese Airline that had just initiated a direct flight between Cairo and Tokyo, saw SARA injured and immediately dropped his Laptop Bag with the intent to help SARA. However, given the short time before the flight; he informed an Airport Employee that some one was injured, picked up his Laptop bag and walked away. MOSTAFA was actually on his way to catch the same flight as OMAR but needed to purchase his ticket first from ZUNG's ticket counter. While at ZUNG's ticket counter; Mostafa noticed that ZUNG had installed a Hello Kitty Dancing Robot with a rotating LED Screen that read "Tokyo Tokyo in less than 8 Hours" to promote it's new Direct Flight. Apparently, this promotion went viral on Facebook and ZUNG generated a lot of profit as a result of the promotion in a very short period of time. Mostafa knowing that the average flight time to Tokyo is 15 hours; paid for the ticket and proceeded to catch his flight. While waiting in line; MOSTAFA overheard a few other passengers commenting on the flight time and he voluntarily decided to praise ZUNG airlines to the other passengers.
