1- Family Leave

(the employee left job on an inventory day to help his family while he had got verbal permission from his boss contrary to the company's discipline based on which he had to inform the company two weeks before the leave, and he did it one week before leave, in addition he didn't have to leave on the inventory day )

2- Discrimination

(The employer is in charge of discrimination since the employee was deprived from having an equal opportunity for the position of the general manager and since he has been in the same condition as with another employee who received the interview call and finally the position )

3- Bullying or discrimination

(one of the managers stated he does not like the employee since he was like his father, he avoided talking to him and the communication in any form was kept in minimum)

4- Unfair Termination of Employment

(the employee got a job termination letter without any previous information because he had left his job in case 1)
