The greatest challenge for operationalizing strategy across various business functions is looking at how the innovation within an organization better improves outputs, goals, the vision and keep up with competition (Bradley, n.d.). The challenges are the leadership approach and looking at the most effective strategies that will benefit the organization as a whole (n.d). The leader has the responsibility to move everything further to where things needs to be (n.d.).

Flexibility is important and looking at any external and internal factors that may be impacted (Bradley, n.d.). The goal is determining how each are more efficient (n.d.) The circumstances or any barriers that may arise are dependent upon the employees and whether they agree with the leaders and the changes they are implementing (n.d.). Communication is the most effective as to when the employees are informed of the changes taking place. Circumstances are a factor and the employees working together with the changes moving forward and they will understand what is taking place (n.d.).

Open trust is important....Improvements I recommend in the performance management system in my organization is speaking more about goals. We have specific goals for our own personal styles to advance within, but as an organization there needs to be ideal goals of how many students we can award scholarships to on a daily basis. We also need to have more meaningful discussions on our performances and how we are working with others to be more successful and how we are going to collaborate on projects. This allows for room to grow and bring new ideas to discussion. As we are open to discussing the opportunities for communication between the students and also scholarships they can be awarded it is informing them and working with Cashiers to make sure they are aware to what will be awarded to their account.
