What I believe to be the two most important social responsibilities are enviromental and human rights. The reason why I think enviromental is because the enviroment is what keeps the world going and when you are placed in an enviroment that is harsh or not up to par, that can take a major toll on the operations of the company. As an Executive Sr. Operations Manager it is my responsibility to monitor Corporate Social Responsibility or what we call CSR's. When you understand CSR's you'll understand the impact the enviroment has on the success of the company. Green CSR's indicate that business risk have been reduced and that the reputation of the company is good and stable while furthermore promoting oppurtunities for cost savings. Things such as turning off lights and unplugging devices that are not in use or even equipment not in use can draw in major savings in which a normal employee wouldn't consider but as operations it is our job to look at the larger scale of a successful operations. Organizations must take into consideration enviromental sustainability, this is not just a legal action which we must adhere to but for the sake of company morale and
