what is a response to the following peers discussion - The organization that I chose is Amazon. Amazon is known for providing an ample amount of benefits for their employees which is why it can be difficult to be hired by them. Because Amazon provides so many benefits to employees, it is a high in demand place to work. One benefit that stuck out to me was paid college tuition. Most of the time you see that employers will only reimburse you for your college tuition. Meaning you have to pay out of pocket for it first then the employer will reimburse you for it. Which is great, but Amazon does it a little differently. Amazon pays for college tuition and it is not required to pay out of pocket for it. They will also cover books and fees associated with the expense of an education. I found this very interesting as this will encourage employees to further their education and grow within Amazon. I do think this type of benefit would work at my place of employment. Some positions at my job do not require a college degree, but if they offered some type of tuition assistance or tuition
