(i.)Based on any publically available data (e.g., Johns Hopkins data, Worldometers data) choose any two countries that you think achieved high levels of customer success and any two countries that you think achieved low levels of customer success. The US needs to be selected as one of these four countries. Justify your selections.

(ii.) Finally discuss your measure and analysis of customer success from (i) above. Use a simple table to summarize your discussion.
