What is not a claim of Utilitarianism?

The moral community consists of all sentient beings therefore animals and future generations must be considered in the General Welfare.
	An action is morally right to the extent that it promotes the happiness or pleasure of the greatest number of people
	The distribution of utility is as important as the quantity of utility for each person.
	One should do that which promotes the greatest good for the greatest number of people
	Intentions must be considered in judgements about the rightness or wrongness of an action.
