I also thought of academic integrity as a cornerstone of academics. I'm glad we have some of the same viewpoints. You make an excellent point in your last sentence. If we don't have and uphold integrity, what do we really have? We may plagiarise and receive some momentary accolades, but if we can't feel accomplished or proud of our research skills, what can we feel proud of?
