When COVID initially hit, there were all sorts of restrictions put in place. Many of them are still there today. An article by NCSL (2020) discusses many of these impacts. While I can understand the intent with many of these, I think there are a number of ripple effects as well. For those that have remained employed during these challenging times, we are still feeling the impacts. This extends far beyond those that were deemed as being front-line workers. I think there may be even more changes coming in the future. However, we will not know for certain until it gets here. So, what suggestions do you have for how to prepare? In my view, perhaps we all need to prepare for change. Granted, I do not like surprises. However, when I know what is coming, then I can take a proactive position. What other suggestions would you have?
