When examining McClelland's need for achievement, there are three main characteristics that come into play. First, there needs to be a goal set in place that can be accomplished even though it may be difficult, next, they need to take the necessary steps and risks to get them to this goal and lastly, there needs to be feedback on the process of getting to achieving this goal. In this situation, Jonah coming in as an outsider, gaining intel on the production of each stage, and assisting Mr. Rogo on how to solve the issue will most likely be the solution to accomplishing the goal
