When selling a business you have three parts that are the asking price, cash flow, and the Gross Revenue. Let say you have 57 employees. My question is do you pay the rent and employees with the cash flow, or with the Gross Revenue. Is the cash flow just what the owner takes or it is where employees are paid. Please help me out. Please try to explain each role.
