Each week different products would be on sale so we had to make sure that communication with our employees was on point so that one store was not getting offered sale pricing on the wrong product. It was important that our employees communicated when they were having an issue with their truck, or when it was time for general maintenance so that we could avoid the trucks breaking down. Training our employees was also a valuable part of the success that we had. One key for our training was creating different sales scenarios to help in understanding the different types of customers that they would need to deal with.
