When you think about the characteristics of an ethical organizational culture, what does that look like? Sound like? Think beyond just the leadership, what about stakeholders? Have you worked in an organization with a strong culture, what was your experience? On the flip side, have you worked in an organization with a weak culture what was that experience? Examining this through a Christian worldview, what would this assurance of leadership look like? How does this compare with how God builds trust in His leadership over us
