When your monthly pay is calculated it will include the following: Question 1 options: actual flight time flown over your monthly guarantee extra hourly pay and per Diem for trip trades with additional open time you may have picked up Perdiem for every hour you are away from base including sleeping Time spent commuting to work Any agreed signing, retention or referral bonuses offered on a monthly payment plan Time traveling to work If you are on reserve, you will receive your guaranteed reserve hours no matter how much you fly (usually between 72-80 hours) Hourly flight pay for your monthly guarantee
