This project requires you to locate and analyze data to solve a problem within your organization. You will complete the data analysis, discuss your findings, and make recommendations. This project should be written more likea consulting report, not an essay.

Writean 8-page (max) single-spaced report, ideally using data from your current job that, includes the following:

• Title page
• Executive Summary (1 page max) - Provide an overview of the scope and major findings of your project. What does a busy executive in your company need to know if they can't read the rest of the report?
• Introduction and Background - What is the problem you are trying to solve for your company? Discuss the company/industry the data pertains to, how you obtained the data and the nature of the data, and anything else necessary as background for the reader to understand your findings and recommendations. It is usually advisable to consult relevant peer-reviewed literature to learn from and build on what others have done previously. Peer-reviewed literature is generally higher quality work and therefore more reliable and trustworthy. Looking to it first can help inform what questions have already been addressed as well as what has not yet been discovered.
• Methods - Discuss the statistical methods you used.
• Results or Findings - Report the findings of your analysis with appropriate numerical and graphical support (e.g., visualizations, tables, and figures).
• Conclusions and Recommendations - Use your findings to draw conclusions and propose specific actions to improve the business.
