Why do critics believe the Third Amendment is not very meaningful?

Law enforcement officers can almost always get a search warrant when they want one.

The government has no business taking things from people$$s homes to use as evidence.

Evidence should be provided by lawyers and not by law enforcement officials.

People can easily hide the evidence they have against them in places outside their homes.
