Why do unions exist here in Ontario, Canada? What are some of the laws in Ontario and Canada that outline the rights and responsibilities of unions? How would a union member ensure a healthy and safety responsibility of an employer is upheld if they feel that the employer is currently not meeting their legal obligations to ensure a safe and healthy work environment?
