Part 1 - SOR: Subject line: In the first line of your SOR, list the change model that is the topic of Parts 3 & 4. (Example of subject line: Lewin's model).
Part 2 - SOR: Refer to the linked video addressing Force Field Analysis. List 2-3 driving forces and 1-2 resisting forces related to the changes Alto made in their business. (Note: The two forces do not need to be related to each other--just related to the desired change).
Part 3 - SOR: Refer to the first bulleted step of the change models noted in Exhibits 10.8 and 10.9. For one of those change models (Lewin's or Kotter's) and the related videos, explain one way Alto may have accomplished the first bulleted step in that model (i.e., examine status quo or establish a sense of urgency). This answer must be different from using the Force Field Analysis addressed in Part 2.
Part 4 - SOR: For the change model you address in Part 3, briefly explain 2-3 specific ways (or how) Alto may have implemented Lewin's step of involving people or Kotter's 4th step of communicating the vision. Remember, these changes were occurring during the pandemic lockdown and people were not meeting in person.
