With reference to the Contracts Act 1950 or any case law, examine whether the following contracts are valid, void or voidable. (a) Damon entered into a contract with Elise to purchase her dog, Linky for RM2,000. Unfortunately, unknown to both parties the dog was stolen a few hours after they entered into the contract.

(b) Jessy contracted for the lease of an office building at a price of RM10,000 per month, a price which reflects the current market rate. The term of the lease is stated as 'for as long as the lessee wishes'.

(c) Calvin placed an advertisement, for sale two of his racing bicycles, one made of titanium for RM5,000 and another bicycle made of lightweight aluminium for RM2,500 on nearest offers. Lee knew that the racing bicycle made of titanium is worth more than RM5,000 and therefore, he responded quickly by saying he wanted to buy it at RM5,000. But Calvin told him that he has only one lightweight aluminium racing bicycle, which he sells for RM2,500. The bicycle made of titanium has been sold to another buyer.
