With the given hypothetical situation, Do you think Bong can get a fair trial? Why? What problems do you think can come up in the society if judges are not impartial?

Hypothetical Situation:

Bong fought with Rex over a girl whose beauty is beyond compare. Rex beat Bong 'black and blue' since the latter was no match to the former's fighting ability. Bong was able to pull Rex's hair and scratch his face. He was not able to inflict any damage to Rex because he just cut his nail the night before the fight.

Bong went to court to compel Rex to pay for his hospital bills, unrealized income, and for the restoration of his broken nose. The case went to the sala of a Judge who, unknown to all else, is the grandfather of Rex. The judge had an illicit affair with his former secretary and they had an illegitimate daughter who is the mother of Rex. The Judge was so proud of his grandson because of his extraordinary fighting skills. The relationship was a top secret and only close members of the family knew it.
