It is a collection of attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors that make up the regular atmosphere in the environment. The book references organizational cultures that encourage and support individuals in making ethically responsible decisions. I feel that if I were running a company or in a leadership position this has been my main focus to be an encouraging example for the team. Some of the characteristics that I feel I would bring to the team that would effectively affect the culture would be respect, organization, openness, and dedication. Of the four models of corporate social responsibility, the one most persuasive to me is ethical responsibility because it is the one that sets the positive culture and helps create a culture of respect and integrity. The one that is the most prevalent among companies is environmental responsibility because I feel like we get caught up focusing on other things and some just do not find this as important, but it can become easy as you can recycle materials weekly or order
