The research is based on a participatory design approach involving patients and HCPs (Christensen, et.al., 2020). The design is based on the requirements of the targeted group. This participatory design is a human centered approach that operates inside a distinct environment and customizes the answer for a target audience (Christensen, et.al., 2020). Feedback from the targeted group is important in this type of design. There are three stages in this method: inspiration. Ideation, and implementation (Christensen, et.al., 2020). The design of this research is phenomenological where the participants are of small group and can share their experience (Christensen, et.al., 2020).
