I agree with the suggestions in Chapter 10 for improving project communication. Communication is essential in project management. When communication is done well, all members of the project team can share strategies, goals, and actions. Effective sharing of these components by key members of the project team and their understanding of stakeholders will lead to the success of the project. On the other hand, missing or misunderstood information can lead to project failure. The communication management plan will identify the information needs of stakeholders and determine how to approach communication. Stakeholder analysis should be conducted to analyze the stakeholders involved in the project, including their level of influence and interest in the project, and how best to reach out to them. We also need to share the status of the project with performance reports.

In addition, I suggest that periodic summary reports be prepared within the project. In some cases, it is difficult for all project members to keep track of a large number of individual documents when they share a common understanding of the project. In addition, the increase in the number of media through which materials are shared, while convenient, can also cause confusion. Creating summary reports as part of proper communication is one of the best ways to reduce missing information and misunderstandings and to achieve a common understanding.
