Determine and include in the paper, what exactly the exchange does for its members. Research and include in your paper if the NYSE is a public, private, or non-profit organization. 

Finally, research and include in the paper if the company has a Board of Directors or a Board of Trustees, and if the company has a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or a President of the company.
