Write a persuasive argument using one of Aristotle's persuasion types to the organization's senior management explaining how values-based leadership will address the challenges facing this organization's employees. At a minimum, your paper should include: a. The applicability of the three "A" qualities expressed in values-based leadership b. Use at least one of the three Aristotle based persuasion types (logos, ethos, or pathos) to convince the management that the values-based type of leadership will engage and motivate the employees to embrace the new merger and react with positive engagement. 2. Upon completion of your persuasive argument, conclude your assignment discussing the four stages of learning and mastery (p. 69-71) in reference to describing employment areas in which you recognize and feel each of the four stages of learning and mastery (we are at different stages for different areas of work).
