Write a program that allows the user to specify a filename on the command line. If the filename is not specified, the program prompts the user for the filename. The program then prints the number of characters, words, and lines in that file.

Example: Enter Filename: BabyNames.txt

BabyNames.txt 2498 500 101

This needs to use a test class and it can not have a try and catch in it.
