Teamwork. Divide the class into two-person teams. One person will be the interviewer at the campus radio station; the interviewee is the president of the local SIFE (Students in Free Enterprise) chapter at your school. The interviewer will construct questions to ask during the radio interview about an upcoming fund-raiser that SIFE is sponsoring, but he or she will not be sharing these questions with the interviewee before the interview. The interviewee must be prepared to answer any questions asked of him or her about the organization or fund-raiser. Tape the interview and critique the responses, paying particular attention to the voice qualities and delivery or responses. Also critique the quality of the questions asked to determine whether they provided substantive information for anyone listening to the radio interview.
