Write a python program that finds how many pairs of numbers in mylist sum to the number x. It must also print the unique pairs. You can assume that mylist will contain unique integers (no duplicates). Initialize mylist inside the program but x must be input.
If the list is initialized to [0,5, 4,-6,2,7,13, 3,1] and the user of the program enters 7, the output should be:
The pairs that sum to 7 are
0 7
5 2
4 3
-6 13
4 pairs sum to 7
This should work for any list of integers and any chosen sum.
