Also, compare results for the current quarter against historical performance and industry performance to the extent that you can nd comparable industry data. Clearly explain what those performance measures mean for YNF. 7. Assess the business case for use of information technology in the business (see chapters 13 and 14 in the text). In particular, YNF wants to move to a cloud-based accounting system, such as Netsuite, Xero, or Quickbooks Online. Your assessment should identify the costs of the change in technology, while also specifying which business processes would change and how they would change in as much detail as possible. 8. Assess YNF risks as it prepares to expand and implement new technology. Evaluate the extent to which YNF complies with C050 principles and recommend appropriate and cost-effective actions to bring YNF into compliance. 9. Present your report in an executive summary style and not longer than 6 pages not counting the cover page, table of contents, any appendices or attachments. Include nancial statements, data model, BPMN activity diagrams, and other information necessary to support your analyses and conclusions in appendices or attachments.
