The different phases of a project can be the imitating phase. with this being the first phase, it sets a base for the whole project such as what is the project about. This is all about brainstorming which there is no physical effort yet. It does take time which can affect the process because sometimes you may have a limited time.

The other phase would be the planning phase. Now that you have determined what the project will be about, it is time to plan it such as the expenses, catering, and more. During this process you have to ask the $5w\text{'}$s$.$ This whole process is to get the resources together to make this project work.

The next phase will be the performing phase. You may have everything in check however, the one that matters is how will you execute it and will it be successful. in order to know if your project was a success, it's good to monitor and control progress. With that it ensures your project is going in the right direction. In this phase it's important we minimize any issues because sometimes it can disrupt the whole plan.

The last phase will be the closing phase. This phase is the breaking down part. You did everything you needed to do and now it's time to bring everything back. This part is also to make final payments such as the expenses. This phase is also to recognize staff and thank them for their help. It's important to do this because everything and everybody matters in a project. It's important to acknowledge it$.$
