Ogle did not know what Mary Appling did at M & H Investment Company. One of the rooms in the home was set aside as an office area to be used by Appling and Ogle. Ogle secured various documents from the office that belonged to Appling and. submitted them to the duty officer. He thought they may help police locate Appling.
