You are an HR Leader at a growing tech company who has been allowing employees to choose between working remotely or coming to the office in Waterloo. Lately, you've been getting mixed feedback on your hybrid policy. The CEO is asking you as his strategic HR advisor to make a recommendation and implement a plan to determine the organization's new policy on remote and/or hybrid work. Some employees have been coming by your office to say they want people to be in the office more. They miss the fun culture the team used to have in person.
