You are appointed as a consultant to oversee development of a video game application for a start-up in London. You have been given a timeframe of 3 months to deliver the project based on the requirements of the client. The startup did not have good experience in developing the previous version of the game, as the requirements were not identified properly and many change control request resulted in increase in cost and scope. As the consultant, you are responsible to plan and deliver the project in line with the requirements. You are expected to:

1. Conduct background research and critically evaluate agile vs waterfall project management methodology and present/propose the appropriate methodology to the client.

2. Explain the scrum framework and describe the processes for the abovementioned project.
