You are approaching the midway point of a project, and the date of the next status meeting is fast approaching. You have almost everything you need to put the status report together for the stakeholders. You are working with five members of the team. Four of them have been wonderful about sending you updates, but one team member, Christopher Rays, is consistently behind schedule. The team uses web-based software so that everyone can see when a task has been completed. You have repeatedly reminded Christopher that he needs to send you timely updates. Each time he promises he will be more punctual in sending you the updates. 

Still, you feel you are spending a lot of your energy in following up with Christopher, and his updates still come in late despite your best efforts. Is there anything you can do?
