Describe the assessment tools that they will be using with this person. Outline your preparations for using the assessment tool as per your workplace procedures.
Describe the arrangements you made with the person to organize the assessment. You should also attach evidence of this with your Portfolio where possible.
Describe the information you provided to the person about the assessment, as well as how you obtained their consent.  Make sure you attach any suitable evidence to your Portfolio.
