You are required to write a report which will reflect what you have achieved and learned through problem-solving and teamwork. It is not necessary to include every detail of the meeting, as these would have been written in the Minutes. This report will not be shared with your team members You may use the report template provided in Appendix 1 of this assessment or use your own appropriate format. In your report, you should follow the instructions in the template and aim to cover the following topics: Issues that arose in the process and how members managed these as a team Solutions implemented to overcome barriers such as technology, communication, time constraints and scheduling. If you were to do this again, how would you adapt the Work Plan to be more effective? What technology/communication tools could you use to assist?
