You are responsible for curating a draft contract from one of the contract topics listed in the powerpoint slide. Please see below instructions on how to complete the assignment. You can reference the video links to complete the assignment.

Case Study:

In this task, you will be required to think outside the box. Think of a situation that required both parties to enter into an agreement, (contractual exchange) as seen on the videos presented to you in class.

You will be party one, and you will make up a name (for example: John Doe) for party two OR include a business name, entity. From the example contracts attached and following your selection from the topics embedded in the PowerPoint, curate your own rough copy contract agreement.

You MAY work in pairs or groups to gather information and research, however this is an indepedent assignment.  Copying contracts from the internet is prohibited, you must write this in your own words, and you will need to include references to your material if you have extracted words, phrases, or material from the internet for this assignment below your contract.

All situations MUST be different from your peers, and you cannot submit the same concept, situation or scenario. Please watch the videos below to assist with your assignment.

Your contract should include the following criteria:

Your contact information
Business or Person in receipt of contract and their information
summary & breakdown of services rendered
