You are to implement an image enhancement tool box which contains a variety of enhancement tools. In order to test your system, the tool box should also be able to perform some distortion operations $($e$.$g$.$ additive white noise, speckle noise, blur, etc.$)$ You may use any existing utility in the software environment that you have chosen, however you have to implement the enhancement tools entirely by yourself. Your tool box shouls allow a set of input parameters that can adjust the magnitude of each enhancement operation. Attention should also be paid to the computational efficiency of your implementation.
