You have accepted the role of Program Lead for the new Nicotine, THC, and Alcohol Reduction in Students (NTARS) program. Your team includes 2 RNs (you and another), 1 LPN, and an Addictions Counsellor. You will be assessing the student populations (both in-person and remotely) by building relationships with students, school staff, and the communities; diagnosing students' needs regarding their nicotine, THC, and alcohol use; planning the program and its delivery; rolling out the program (implementing); and evaluating it at regular intervals and as needed.
