You have been asked by the Manager of Health Records to provide a report comparing the volume of hospital registrations by hour and by weekday performed by Diagnostic Clerks for Diagnostic outpatient visits versus Registration Clerks for Ambulatory Care outpatient visits. The manager would also like you to compare the workload between the 3 months pre-pandemic and 3 months post-pandemic.
When brainstorming about this type of request you will need to learn about the area you are going to be analyzing and the processes within. To do this you would ask questions of the requestor to gain this understanding. When you do this, you find out that Fleming Hospital has a variety of Ambulatory care clinics as well as many DI modalities, but these visits are registered by two different pools of clerks in the same area of the organization. There are often two DI Clerks working each day but only one Ambulatory care clerk.
The reason for the request is to see if there is evidence to support a proposal for moving to a central registration model and one pool of clerks to perform these duties.
Using the excel file provided you will perform the following tasks:
1. Fill columns Registration Hour,Weekday and Month/Year with correct formulas.

4. Create a written report to support your findings including three pertinent graphs to substantiate your findings. This will be given to a manager so please ensure it is professional, has structure (beginning, middle, and end), no spelling mistakes, is your own work, and ideas.
5. Include any data tables you feel would provide results to the manager in your report.
6. Write your report using the Arial 12 font in black.
