You have been hired as an external consultant by the CFHS executive team to determine the regional healthcare needs and how CFHS can better position itself to succeed in a growing competitive market, both in the short-term and long-term. Over the course of the Capstone course, you will need to submit certain deliverables that are evidence-based solutions that improve cost, access, and quality of healthcare in the region. You will design strategic planning initiatives that incorporate financial analysis, human capital management, operational improvement, marketing, and legal/regulatory compliance based upon knowledge of current literature and industry best practices. Due to the limited timeline of the course, you will want to start with comprehensive analyses, identifying multiple plausible, relevant strategies.
