You have been recruited as a consultant to a Construction business who operates both in the UK and Internationally. You have been contracted to produce a 2,000 word report for the board of directors, highlighting environmental factors in the sector, and to inform a merger/acquisition deal. The report should analyse the internal and external forces (LO3) which are impacting the organisation (LO4). You are required to draw upon appropriate theories to support your report and consider the influence of a number of stakeholders on your organisation (LO5) and how the organisation should adapt for these (LO6). These should all inform your understanding on the changing nature of work for the organisation (LO2). Your written report should cover learning outcomes 2,3,4,5 and 6.
