You have noticed that people have 2 sleep styles: "night owls" are people who like to stay awake after midnight, whereas "larks" like to go to bed early. You have also noticed that some people prefer to eat breakfast as soon as they wake up in the morning, whereas other people don't eat anything until lunch. You wonder if these two traits are associated. You decide to survey a sample of Carleton students to test your hypothesis that larks are more likely to be breakfast eaters.
