You have recently gotten a job in customer service at a computer company. Your main role is to help customers who come in each day with computer problems. Your boss is off on Holidays for a week and has asked you to take care of the store while she is away. On Friday afternoon, you decide the store could use a good cleaning and take it upon yourself to clean the windows, floors and dust all of the electronics. Without you noticing a customer enters the store and startles you. You quickly turn around, knocking over the brand new $2 000 dollar desktop computer. The screen cracks and the device will no longer turn on. Your task: You will send two emails to re-tell what happened 1. The first email will be to your boss explaining what happened when she left you alone in the store. 2. The second email will be to tell your friend what happened today at work.
