Key staff members who need to be present to design an oversee plan on my campus are (Prinicpal, Assistant Principal, Dean, Department Head, PE Staff) a good plan starts with a frame work and input from adminstration and staff to build that plan. It is up to our adminstration to provide a framework where all that have interactions with student can contribute and later impliment the plan. These include all of the players listed above to execute that plan.

How could a team then turnkey the plan to all staff?

 A turnkey plan could be implemented several ways. The easiest yet slowest way would be thorugh 2-3 monthly staff meetings but this would slow the roll out. Another way would be to build this framework and plan during the remainder of the 2023 school year and roll it our during our fall pupil free day when we return for the 2023-24 school year. A third way would be to use our tuesday minimum days reserved for staff meeting and use the entire month to roll the plan out in chunks to the staff so that with in 2-3 weeks or rolling out the plan during staff meeting EVERY Tuesday questions can be answers and issues addressed/fixed so that it can be rolled out asap.
