You will need to know the number of children allowed in each room based on square footage. The square footage for each child is found in the regulation attached. Once you have this number you can then complete these questions.

When you determine the square footage of a room for a center, include all of the area except those spaces that are used for permanent fixtures. For example, if a playroom has a sink that is $2$ feet by $3$ feet, you would have to deduct $6$ square feet from the size of the room. However, it is not customary to deduct square footage for movable pieces such as tables, cribs, or shelves.

Assume your center has a room $20$ feet by $30$ feet with a sink that is $2$ feet by $3$ feet. Blank $1$ children could occupy the room.
