You will need to organise a time to visit each organisation and speak to an organisation representative (this may be an owner, manager or employee) to gather your information. Develop a set of questions to ask before your visit. The questions you ask should be related to each of the points above. Once you have gathered your information, you must develop clear and concise reports on each organisation's food production processes. You must type each report in Microsoft Word or a similar program - your assessor will advise as to whether you must email them your completed assessment, submit the file on a USB drive or hand in a hard copy
